Add a braid, some gills, mess around with the face, seriously alter the coloring, and add some Scorpionfish barbs and a huge cracky scar on his cheek, viola, one of the twins in realistic format. The only way I got out of doing all of his braids was that they're probably wet and stuck to his back.
